Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our handcrafted and made-to-order products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, size issues, or minor variations in color or weave, as these are inherent to handmade textiles. However, if you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will process the replacement.
To be eligible:
- You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase and photos of the issue must be submitted to support@kaitharistudio.com.
